Cancellation Policy

Due to frequent no-shows and the time reserved for each client, all sales are final. Once payment has been made or a session has been booked, no refunds, cancellations or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances — including missed or forgotten appointments.

By selecting “I agree” when booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

Gift Voucher Sales

All gift voucher sales are final. Gift voucher safes are not redeemable for cash, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided once a purchase is completed. In the event that a voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission, a replacement will not be issued.

Gift vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers, offers, flash sales and may only be redeemed for full-priced services.

By proceeding with payment and/or booking, you agree to these terms in full and waive any claim against Readings by Joey for dissatisfaction, non-fulfillment of predictions, or perceived inaccuracies.
