Cancellation Policy
In light of frequent no-shows, we must enforce a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment has been made, a session booked, or an appointment is missed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By selecting ' I agree' when booking your appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy.
Gift Voucher Sales
All gift voucher sales are final. Gift voucher safes are not redeemable for cash, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided once a purchase is completed. In the event that a voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission, a replacement will not be issued.
Gift vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers, offers, flash sales and may only be redeemed for full-priced services.
